Jason is the Chairman and Founder of The Mortgage Law Firm. Licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Oregon, and Washington, Jason brings a wealth of legal expertise to the mortgage servicing industry. With a career dedicated to this field, he established Max Default Services in 2000, providing non-judicial foreclosure services across 12 states. Recognizing the evolving legal needs of his clients, Jason founded TMLF in 2009, creating a firm focused on comprehensive legal expertise. His leadership and strategic direction have been instrumental in TMLF's growth and success, driving consistent client satisfaction. Sally Garrison is the CEO of The Mortgage Law Firm, a driving force in the default services industry. Since joining TMLF in 2018, she has expanded the firm's footprint, notably opening the Texas office in 2023, and now oversees all aspects of the firm's seven-state practice. With over two decades of experience and licenses in Oklahoma, Arizona, Texas, and Hawaii, Sally brings deep expertise in client needs, regulatory compliance, and legal strategy. As President of USFN, she leverages her extensive network to foster critical industry connections and actively advocates for policies that shape the future of mortgage servicing. Her accolades include the USFN Member of the Year Award, Top Women in Law by DS News, and OKC's Top Attorneys by 405 Magazine.
